Baked Pig's Feet
This is a simple recipe. Les pieds de porc (also known as les pieds de cochon) are placed in a dish and oven-baked. The words au four mean 'in the oven'. Finally, the pig's feet are served on a plate and seasoned with salt and some olive oil. Eat with a salad.
